Introduction
Accuracy of Real Estate Information
- All property information must be accurate and verified.
- Publishing any misleading or inaccurate information is prohibited.
- The advertisement must represent the actual property without omitting essential information.
Proof of Ownership or Authorization
- The advertiser must be the property owner or hold a valid official authorization/agency.
- The real estate agent must provide proof of their licensed or registered status.
- Advertising a property without a legal right to do so is prohibited.
Property photo clarity
- Photos must be realistic and accurately represent the property.
- Using fake images or photos of another property unrelated to the listing is prohibited
- Illustrative photos for projects can be used, provided it is clearly stated that they are sample images
Disclosure of the actual price
- The actual price must be displayed without hiding or misleading.
- It is prohibited to increase the price in the advertisement from the agreed-upon price with the owner.
- Any additional fees (if any) must be disclosed.
Compliance with regulatory systems
- It is prohibited to publish any advertisement that conflicts with the regulations of the General Authority for Real Estate.
- Do not include inappropriate or misleading phrases.
- Adherence to real estate marketing regulations for unfinished projects.
Unauthorized ads are prohibited.
- Advertising mortgaged or disputed properties without clear disclosure is prohibited.
- Advertising properties without ownership deeds or documents is prohibited.
- Posting ads that include illegal auctions or non-compliant sales is prohibited.
Update and Activate Ads
- The property status must be updated upon sale or rent within a specified period.
- Expired or outdated ads are not allowed.
- Violating ads are automatically removed or suspended.
Advertiser Responsibility
- The advertiser is fully responsible for the content of the advertisement.
- The platform has the right to remove any violating advertisement without prior notice.
- Violating the regulations may result in suspension or blocking of the account.
Modifications
The platform may update these regulations in accordance with the General Authority for Real Estate, and they shall be effective immediately upon publication on this page.
