Available Payment Methods
- Online payment via bank cards (Visa – Mastercard – Mada)
- Direct bank transfer to AlRimal platform accounts
- Supported electronic wallets (if available)
- Additional payment methods will be added in the future
Payment Confirmation
- Once the payment process is completed, a confirmation notification will be sent to the user via email.
- The user must ensure that valid and correct payment details are used.
- In case of any issue with the payment process, the user should contact support within 24 hours.
Fees and Charges
- Fees may vary depending on the type of service or subscription
- All prices displayed on the platform include Value Added Tax (VAT), if applicable.
- The platform reserves the right to modify prices after notifying users via the announcements page or email.
Refund Policy
Paid amounts will only be refunded in the following cases:
- Accidental financial deduction
- Technical failure that prevented the service from being activated
- Service cancellation by the platform
- The refund process takes 5–14 business days via the same payment method used
- Refund requests must be submitted through the support page or via email.

- Users can download their invoices directly from the dashboard.
- The system keeps payment records for each user for easy review.
